The wild wacky world of weight loss. This is a blog about my weight loss journey, tips, recipes, etc. It’s my funny, sometimes sarcastic take on excess weight and my non diet weight loss secrets.

This blog started out as a project for a GWU grad school class on Electronic Publishing.

I had gained about 20 pounds after starting grad school…YIKES! Since I’ve finished grad school, I’ve lost a little over 30 pounds, and am about 10 pounds away from my goal.

I’m currently using the Weight Watchers Program and working out.

I started doing web stuff back in 1995 (all in HTML on UNIX) and have just recently gotten into the whole blog thing.
